Very disappointing experience. I booked a boat without a license for 4 hours. Upon arrival, the model I had booked wasn't available, and they forced me onto another, cheaper one without prior notice. At sea, I had to cut the trip short after only 1 hour because my partner felt unwell. Despite this, I was billed for the full 4 hours, cleaning, and even €80 for a cushion that blew away in the wind, even though it wasn't even attached to the base. After attempting to negotiate a partial refund for the 3 hours I hadn't spent, the owner told me, "It's a business, that's how it is." No consideration of my situation, no goodwill gesture. Non-existent customer service, arrogant owner, because, after returning to find the cushion lost at sea, the owner looked at me with a smile, extended his hand, and said, and I quote, "Too bad we didn't find the cushion." A more than questionable practice. I strongly advise against it.

Expérience très décevante. J’ai réservé un bateau sans permis pour 4h. À mon arrivée, le modèle réservé n’était pas disponible et on m’en a imposé un autre, moins cher, sans prévenir au préalable. En mer, j’ai dû écourter la sortie après seulement 1h à cause d’un malaise de ma compagne. Malgré cela, on m’a facturé les 4h complètes, le nettoyage, et même 80 € pour un coussin qui s’est envolé dû au vent, alors qu’il n’était même pas fixé à la base. Apres tentative de négociation pour remboursement partiel des 3h non effectué le propriétaire me dit « c’est un business, c’est comme ça » Aucune prise en compte de ma situation, ni geste commercial. Service client inexistant, propriétaire arrogant, car, après son retour pour retrouver le coussin perdu en mer, le propriétaire me regarde avec un sourire, me tend la main et me dit, je cite, « dommage on a pas retrouvé le coussin ». Pratique plus que douteuse. Je déconseille fortement.

Upon arrival, they changed the boat for a larger one and we thought it was great, the treatment from Manuela and Richard was impeccable. They explain everything to you as it should be in detail. What is true is that the boat does not indicate the tank it has, with a needle that should indicate it and it was broken and it does make you feel embarrassed to sail more than necessary since you have bought gasoline and going over it has consequences. For everything else, it is perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you.

A la hora de la llegada nos cambiaron el barco por uno más grande y nos pareció genial , el trato de Manuela y Richard impecable . Te lo explican todo como debe ser al detalle . Lo que sí que el barco no indica el depósito que tiene contando con una aguja que te lo debería de indicar y estaba averiado y sí que te da apuro navegar más de la cuenta ya que tienes una gasolina comprada y pasarte acarrea consecuencias. Por todo lo demás perfecto . Muy recomendable. Gracias
