Une expérience de location que je déconseille fortement
Réservé via SamBoat, ce voilier nous a réservé de nombreux problèmes : départ de feu au démarreur, guindeau fonctionnant de façon aléatoire et perte de l’hélice en navigation. Par vent fort, nous avons dû effectuer une prise de coffre à la voile, entraînant malheureusement la perte de notre canoë.
Nous avons également constaté l’absence de documents à bord : acte de francisation, assurance et registre de vérification spéciale. Aucun état des lieux entrant ou sortant n’a été réalisé. La bouteille de gaz de rechange était vide malgré le contrôle annoncé.
Enfin, les engagements pris lors de la restitution n’ont pas été suivis d’effet. Malgré nos démarches auprès de SamBoat, le litige reste non réglé.
Nous déconseillons fortement cette location et cette société.

in the end everything went well and we will gladly rent with them again
