Speciaal een duurdere boot gehuurd voor een goede geluidsinstallatie. Deze bleek echter flink aangetast door het zeewater en bijgeleverde instructievideo ging om een compleet andere installatie. Na dit gemeld te hebben, kregen wij geen reactie. Hierdoor de hele dag geen gebruik kunnen maken van de geluidsinstallatie waar wel voor betaald is.
Aan het einde van de dag alsnog dit probleem gemeld bij de verhuurder én de eigenaar van de boot, deze klacht is wederom niet serieus genomen en werd er op geen enkele manier meegewerkt aan een passende oplossing door de eigenaar. Zonde om niet serieus
genomen te worden genomen met een probleem.
Kortom, betalen voor een volledige boot en maar een deel gekregen.
Eigenaar niet bereid mee te willen werken aan een passende oplossing. Eigenaar van de boot schuift schuld af op verhuurder (die niet op de hoogte was van de werking van dit systeem). Niet tevreden over de volledigheid van de service, klachtenafhandeling en eigenaar van de boot.

El equipo de sonido del barco no esta roto simplemente hay que conectarlo con el bluetooth del movil. Todos nuestros clientes han podido disfrutar del sonido sin problema. Se os manda un video informativo de como es la conexión , mas soluciones a eso no podemos dar. Lo que nos decepciona es ver como hay personas que después de disfrutar de un día espectacular en un barco de 10 a un precio muy reducido quieran al terminar la experiencia pedir devoluciones por no saber conectar el sonido . Esperamos no encontrarnos con clientes así en un futuro.

A wonderful day from cove to cove. Alvaro was super nice, he explained to us how the boat works and recommended places to anchor and snorkel. We will definitely go back with him when we return to Ibiza... hopefully on the big boat!
