Salva didn't even show up... they delivered the boat 30 minutes late and they didn't help much with the logistics of parking the car... they didn't have change for the machine, nor did they help explain how it worked etc. In short, nothing to do with the experience, but overall, weak. The only one who was correct or very good was the guy who delivered and received the boat.
Salva ni aparecio.... entregaronnla barca 30 min tarde y ayudaron bastante poco en cuanto a la logística del aparcamiento del coche... no tenian cambio para la maquina, ni ayudaron a decir como funcionaba etc. En fin nada que ver con la experiencia pero el global, flojo. El único correcto o muy bien el Chico que entrega y recepción la barca.

Primero de todo aclararte que soy el propietario y tengo personal que gestionan la información en taquilla y demás. Mi presencia no es obligatoria, salvo que me soliciten para solucionar algun incidente que el personal no pueda o tenga que hacerlo por sí mismo. El tema de aparcamiento no tiene que ver nada con nosotros. Nosotros alquilamos barcos, no aparcamos coches o sabemos cómo funciona el aparcamiento. tendrias que haber preguntado a las personas encargadas de ello que gestionan la zona, que en ningun caso somos nosotros. Es un servicio ajeno a nuestra empresa. El no tener cambio para la máquina de expender tickets del aparcamiento, en serio crees que es problema nuestro ??? Nosotros tenemos que tener cambio en monedas necesariamente para un tema ajeno al nuestro... Afortunadamente trabajamos en tpv, y poco metálico tocamos.

El Barco perfecto, la atención también pero tuvimos mala suerte con el mar que estaba muy movido…. Nos quedamos en la parte de las Medas protegido del viento y oleaje, lo que no me parece bien que te cobren el depósito de gasolina del Barco antes de salir, ya que en mi caso solo gaste un 1% del depósito….. tendría que llenarse una vez acabada la ruta.
