We chartered a well-maintained boat and encountered no significant technical problems. Arrival and check-in were efficient. Check-out was the opposite: chaotic, and made worse by the manager, Kevin, who became emotional and belligerent over a small detail. The situation could have been resolved calmly and was not.
Another crew nearby raised the same concern and warned us not to interact with him. That should not happen at a charter base.
The time on the water in the Ionian Islands was outstanding. The boat and the itinerary deserve a strong review. The shore-side management at check-out does not. A great trip should not leave guests with a sour last impression because one person could not keep the exchange professional.
