Overall, the experience was acceptable, mainly thanks to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
Unfortunately, the condition of the boat was disappointing. Although it was a 2019 model, it was in a much poorer state than expected. The boat was not particularly clean, the bathrooms had a very strong unpleasant smell throughout the trip, and much of the equipment was old and of poor quality.
The biggest concern, however, was the anchor chain. It was heavily rusted, to the point that it did not inspire any confidence from a safety perspective. This is something that should be addressed as a priority, as it is an essential piece of equipment.
Overall, the holiday was enjoyable, but the condition and maintenance of the boat did not match what you would reasonably expect from a relatively recent yacht.
