Voor uitzonderlijke schoonmaakbeurten kunnen kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Het is belangrijk dat zij de boot schoon opleveren.

- Bij slecht weer: regen meer dan 40% van de dag of bij windkracht groter dan windkracht 6, wordt de huur uitgesteld tot de volgende dag die de klant wil en is de boot beschikbaar, waarbij het eventuele verschil in tarief wordt betaald.
- In het geval dat de klant later niet aanwezig kan zijn, wordt uitzonderlijk 50% van de huursom terugbetaald, minus de commissies en kosten van SAMboat.
-Ons personeel zal op dezelfde dag van de huur in de haven met de reeds aanwezige klanten bepalen of de omstandigheden niet geschikt zijn, nooit dagen eerder.

- En caso de mal tiempo: lluvia mas del 40% de la jornada o vientos superiores a fuerza 6, se pospondrá el alquiler al próximo día que el cliente quiera y el barco esté disponible, abonando la diferencia de tarifa si la hay.
- En caso que el cliente no pueda asistir mas adelante, excepcionalmente se devolverá el 50% del alquiler, descontadas las comisiones y tasas de SAMboat.
-Nuestro personal determinará el mismo día del alquiler en el puerto con los clientes ya presentes si las condiciones no son aptas, nunca días antes.
