La mer était assez agitée au départ et elle a gardé un œil sur la mer et un autre sur le groupe de 8 personnes, discutant avec elles et prenant soin d'un membre du groupe qui se sentait très malade, comme si c'était facile. Leurs connaissances, leurs compétences et leur attention sincère ont fait de cette expérience une expérience inoubliable.
Un grand merci à elles deux pour avoir contribué à faire de mon 30e anniversaire une fête mémorable.
Evgheni was super helpful and responsive when arranging the booking itself and our captain for the day, Graziella, was incredible.
The sea was quite rough on the way out and she kept one eye on the sea and another on the group of 8 people, socialising and also looking after one of our group who felt quite sick, like it was easy. The combination of knowledge, skill and genuine care made it such an unforgettable experience.

Il y a eu deux problèmes mineurs, l'un avec la grand-voile et l'autre avec le SUP, mais ce n'étaient pas des problèmes majeurs et n'ont pas eu d'impact significatif sur notre journée. La vraie déception est arrivée après la fin de la location. Une fois le paiement effectué, la communication avec le propriétaire est devenue très difficile. Soit il ne répondait pas du tout, soit, lorsqu'il le faisait, il était dédaigneux et nous donnait l'impression que nous étions déraisonnables en mentionnant nos inquiétudes.
Malheureusement, le bateau et le skipper étaient géniaux, mais le manque de communication appropriée après la location a laissé une impression négative.
We had a fantastic day on the boat, thanks to the exceptional job done by the skipper. Her efforts ensured we had a memorable experience. The trip itself, and we were captivated by the stunning was a delight, scenery and the overall atmosphere.
There were two minor issues—one with the mainsail and the other with the SUP—but these weren’t major problems and didn’t significantly impact our day. The real disappointment came after the rental was over. Once payment was made, communication with the owner became very difficult. He either didn’t respond at all or, when he did, was dismissive and made us feel we were being unreasonable for mentioning our concerns.
Unfortunately, the boat and the skipper were great, but the lack of proper communication after the rental left a negative impression.

Dear Danilo, It is unfair to say that "Once the payment was made" I stopped answering, because I only stopped answering after the charter and only when you threatened to leave a bad review after I refused giving you a refund. As you mentioned these were minor issues which weren't a problem at all and you didn't mention them to me during the day so that I could have the chance to explain to the skipper what to do with the sail that got stuck inside the mast. Just to be clear for the readers, you already had a discounted price and low fare due to low season and used this as an excuse to get even a refund via threats.
It is quite disappointing to see that you gave a review which should represent the service - a day charter but instead you based it all on us not accepting to give you a refund.

Merveilleuse expérience sur ce bateau qui apporte toute les prestations utiles (confort, propreté, musique; masque et tubas, glaciaire …). Le petit plus … qui fait toute la différence : le skipper Evgheni qui n’avait de cesse de s’assurer que nous appréciions notre escapade. Son pilotage prudent et son envie de nous faire découvrir les plus beaux spots, nous ont permis de passer une journée extraordinaire. Graziella était un plaisir absolu de sortir avec elle et connaissait très bien la région. Elle nous a montré des endroits incroyables, avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin à bord (nous avons acheté notre propre nourriture) et était très arrangeante. Elle nous a laissé choisir où nous voulions aller, mais nous a également donné d'excellentes recommandations lorsque nous n'étions pas sûrs. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à faire de la plongée en apnée et à observer les poissons.
Graziella was an absolute delight to hang out with and was so knowledgeable about the area. She showed us some amazing spots, had everything we needed on board (we bought our own food) and was very accommodating. She let us choose where we wanted to go but also had some great recommendations for when we weren't sure. We had a great time snorkeling and watching fish.

Nous avons passé un excellent voyage en famille avec Evgheni. C'est un excellent skipper qui est également un excellent guide touristique et a pu nous en dire beaucoup sur Malte. Nous avons d'abord navigué vers Comino, Blue Lagoon, puis il nous a montré d'autres belles baies.

Wir hatten einen super Familienausflug mit Evgheni. Er ist ein super Skipper, der auch ein toller Reiseführer ist und uns viel über Malta erzählen konnte. Zuerst segelten wir nach Comino, Blue Lagoon, und dann zeigte er uns weitere schöne Buchten.
Ganz besonders war seine Begrüssung mit einem guten Espresso :-)

Even before the trip the communication was great. Any query I had was answered within the hour. 8 of us hired this boat for the end of September. We had a skipper by the name of manuel, who was the best. It was choppy the day we went but he still took us to multiple places and even extended our time for free. He was also knowledgeable about Malta which was handy. Highlight of our trip!!

Neal was a perfect host and is clearly a skilled sailor too. He listened politely to questions he's probably heard a thousand times before and made every effort to tailor the day to our needs.
Having been ill for most of my trip to Malta, this was my last day to see some of the island. It was a joy to spend much of our time with the sails up; just us and the sound of the wind and sea.

What an absolutely fantastic day! Evgheni was so easy to deal with, super helpful and quick to respond. The boat is beautiful and the scenery and swimming were to die for but what really made everyone’s day was the skipper, Neil. Ce fut une expérience incroyable, le vent n'était pas avec nous, nous ne pouvions donc pas voir les plages du nord de l'île, mais le skipper nous a rapidement proposé une alternative tout aussi intéressante au sud. Chaque seconde en valait la peine. Le garçon est très respectueux à tout moment et un excellent capitaine.

Fue una experiencia increíble, no nos acompañó el viento, por lo que no pudimos ver las playas del norte de la isla, pero rápidamente el patrón nos ofrecio una alternativa igual de interesante en el sur. Valió la pena cada segundo. El chico es muy respetuoso en todo momento y un gran capitan.

La journée avec Evgheni et Marie-Claire a été tout simplement au-delà de nos attentes. Ils sont très sympathiques, nous avons eu l'impression de rejoindre de vieux amis. Ils sont sympathiques et pleins de bonnes petites intentions. Nous avons apprécié une fois quelques bons endroits loin de la foule touristique. Idéal pour découvrir les magnifiques baies de Malte, je les recommande vivement et nous réserverons à nouveau avec eux.
The day with Evgheni and Marie-Claire was just beyond expectations. They are very friendly we felt like we joined some old friends. They are sympathetic and full of good little intentions. We enjoyed some good spots away from touristic crowded once. Ideal to discover the beautiful bays of Malta, definitely recommend them and we will book with them again.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Nous sommes allés sur des falaises, nous sommes baignés et avons fait du paddle. Nous avons commandé des pizzas incroyables pour le déjeuner directement avec Evgheni, elles étaient délicieuses. Le bateau était super, nous avions de la musique, des boissons et un temps magnifique. Evgheni est un grand capitaine ! Il a bien pris soin de tout le monde. Nous vous recommandons vivement de réserver ce voyage pour votre séjour à Malte :)
We had a great time for a bachelorette party. We went to some cliffs, had a swim and did some paddle. We ordered amazing pizzas for lunch directly with Evgheni they were delicious. The boat was great, we had music, drinks and beautiful weather. Evgheni is a great captain! He took well care of everyone. We would definitely recommend booking this trip for your stay in Malta :)

Fantastic experience on an absolutely immaculate boat. Evgheni and Marie-Claire looked after us brilliantly, are experts in their craft, and were more than happy to actually get us under sail. We enjoyed swimming in various bays, relaxing on deck, using the boat's SUP (badly!) and trying local food (which they graciously shared with us). It was a perfect day and I will book with them again.

Evgheni was very efficient before and during the trip. He was always responding in less than an hour. He took us to an amazing place were we enjoyed the afternoon.
