Néstor ha sido un patrón excepcional. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado y cuidado: las instalaciones estaban en muy buen estado y no nos faltó de nada.
Estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotras, anticipándose a cualquier necesidad; antes incluso de que le pidiéramos algo, ya estaba ahí para ayudarnos. Hasta tuvo el gesto de sacarnos mantas cuando empezó a refrescar, lo que demuestra su atención y dedicación.
Desde días antes de nuestra salida, en estuvo abierto a adaptar el plan a lo que necesitáramos, debido a la mala previsión meteorológica, con la máxima flexibilidad con el objetivo de que tuviéramos un día perfecto.
Además, es una persona muy cercana, amable y correcta, haciendo que la experiencia fuera cómoda en todo momento sin resultar invasivo. Un auténtico profesional que contribuyó a que el día fuera perfecto.
