Excellent service from Ultra. Boat was immaculate, we were early but it wasn't even mentioned. They were delightfully relaxed though thorough. I broke a stanchion fairlead and an apology was sufficient (only £12.50 on Amazon I know, but some companies would have seen an opportunity for a profit).
the cruising area was very familiar to us but we went off the beaten track a little with the hell of Navily and found some great quiet anchorages and the odd taverna.
I learnt that when queuing for fuel the people who push in have actually booked a slot at the pump but there was the usual stress and aggravation.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Ultra or Samboat again.
