The staff is very friendly and approachable, 10 out of 10 for the service, but the boat leaves a lot to be desired, it barely has anything to do with the photos, the mattresses are half torn out and the table is non-existent.

El personal muy amable y cercano, 10 de 10 el trato pero la embarcación deja bastante que desear, apenas tiene nada que ver con las fotos, los colchones medio arrancados y la mesa es inexistente.

Communication with Juan was impeccable, very friendly, patient and courteous. Top service. The price was also fair. Unfortunately, we were picked up 1 hour early because we had entered the port. Nevertheless, we paid the full price for 4 hours and also the refueling fee for 4 hours (10 euros per hour). The condition of the boat is also not as in the photo. The seat cushions were partially removed or torn off, the reserved cooler was not included and there was also no table (as shown in the photo and previously agreed). Bluetooth connection was not possible because the radio or audio system was faulty and could not be switched on. Overall, it was an excellent experience for all of us, but I would recommend not going back to the port earlier, even if you just want to have a look at the port.

La comunicación con Juan fue impecable, muy amable, paciente y cortés. El mejor servicio. El precio también fue justo. Desafortunadamente, nos recogieron 1 hora antes porque habíamos entrado en el puerto. No obstante, pagamos el precio completo por 4 horas y también la tasa de repostaje por 4 horas (10 euros por hora). El estado de la embarcación tampoco es el de la foto. Los cojines de los asientos estaban parcialmente quitados o arrancados, la nevera portátil reservada no estaba incluida y tampoco había una mesa (como se muestra en la foto y se había acordado previamente). La conexión Bluetooth no era posible porque la radio o el sistema de audio estaban defectuosos y no se podían encender. En general, fue una experiencia excelente para todos nosotros, pero yo recomendaría no volver al puerto antes, incluso si sólo quieres echar un vistazo al puerto.
