We enjoyed Greece and the overall experience, but the yacht did not meet expectations for the price point. For 3 days, the hot water would randomly stop while we were showering, leaving us to take cold showers. The solution provided was to run the engine for about 20 minutes before anyone wanted to shower, which is not something guests should have to manage on a charter at this level. While the crew tried to assist, this issue significantly affected the comfort of the trip. For the amount paid, reliable hot water should be a basic standard, not an ongoing issue throughout the charter.
