It was well organised and all went well; the staff are very helpful; there were some maintenance issues with the boat which I made them aware of; especially the faulty or worn out attachment at the foot of the forestay, failing which the mast might have fallen backwards.
We would have appreciated something more in the compulsory package, such as some bottled water, detergent, a sponge and other products for daily use
