L'expérience a été absolument parfaite. Maria a toujours été très réactive et patiente pour répondre à toutes mes questions. L'équipage était formidable : Rita et João nous ont emmenés où bon nous semblait et nous ont conseillé les meilleures plages pour jeter l'ancre et passer un agréable moment entre amis. The experience was the best possible, Maria always had a fast response rate during all the arrangements and patience to answer all of my questions. The crew was amazing, with Rita and João taking us wherever we felt more appropriante and recommending the best beaches to anchor and enjoy a time with our friends. We were a group of 18 and all of them loved the experience,

Pendant deux semaines après l’événement, j’ai eu du mal à obtenir les factures, avec l’aide de l’équipe d’assistance SamBoat.

Maria had confirmed we could pay 160 EUR by credit card upon arrival, which was crucial for us as our company does not handle cash transactions. However, late in the evening before the service date, she informed us card payment would not be possible. Maria informed we could pay by immediate bank transfer.
The next day, Maria did not even appear, the crew insisted on cash payment of 160 EUR; otherwise, we wouldn't be allowed on board. Maria was extremely rude over the phone, kept cutting me off whenever I tried to speak. I was shocked by her attitude, as this is not what one expects when booking such a service. She offered no solutions or alternative payment options. We were forced to search for an ATM while the group waited.
For two weeks after the event, I struggled to obtain the invoices, with the help of the x team.

Regarding the invoice, it’s true that there was delay in issuing it,but this was due to a discrepancy in the payment amount you mentioned.We were in contact with the platform to resolve this and once clarified, the invoice was sent.

Perfect afternoon activity. We were 18 people on the boat and it was perfect size. We arranged for cheese and fruit platters and it was a beautiful spread. We were able to enjoy the views of caves up close and swim as welll. Highly recommend doing this trip.

Hired the boat for the afternoon as part of a hen do. There were 10 of us and I cannot recommend enough, we had an amazing time. Elisa and Miguel were the perfect hosts, we were able to bring our own food and drink onto the boat and play our music through the speakers. We were taken near the caves and stopped at a private beach to jump off and have a swim. Will definitely do it again if we come back! Thank you!

Nous avions apporté nos boissons et collations à bord et avions accès au réfrigérateur et à la machine à glaçons. Nous nous sommes connectés aux enceintes Bluetooth et avons pu entendre la musique dans tout le bateau. C'était une expérience agréable et relaxante, que demander de plus ! Le bateau était spacieux, super propre et confortable. Nous avons adoré nous arrêter pour une petite baignade, puis nous avons eu accès à un jet d'eau chaude pour nous rincer. Nous recommandons vivement ce catamaran et nous y reviendrons. Merci pour cette superbe matinée !
We rented this catamaran for a hen party. There was 7 of us and it was just the most perfect morning. The hosts were so welcoming, kind and helpful. We brought our own drinks and snacks on board and were able to use the fridge and ice machine. We connected to the bluetooth speakers and could hear it throughout the boat. It was a lovely, relaxing experience and we couldn't have asked for more! The boat was a great size, super clean and comfortable. We loved stopping for a swim stop and then there was a hose with warm water, to rinse off. We would 100% recommend booking this catamaran and would book again. Thank you for a great morning!!

Fantastic experience. We set off from Albufeira Marina and headed up the coast to Benagil caves. We then stopped off at a beach only accessible by boat, for a swim and explore. Miguel was a great skipper and host. Would highly recommend for any occasion. We brought our own drinks and snacks onboard, but there was an option to have this provided when booking the excursion.

This trip was for my sisters hens with a group of 11 of us and I could not recommend it enough! The catamaran is so luxurious and had everything we needed - we could connect to the speakers that played throughout the boat and brought on food and drinks. The crew were so polite and accommodating. We took in the beauty of portugal sailing around different spots - 10/10 experience!

Bateau réservé pour la journée du 18/08/2022. Sur l’annonce il est indiquée bateau de luxe construction 2022, luxe ? Il est de 2012 et non de 2022 ! Accueil décevant Même pas une petite bouteille d’eau à bord surtout pour les enfants ! Sur les photos de l’annonce présentation de fruit mais ça c’est qu’en photos rien à bord. Aucune conversation avec l’équipage ! Pour 1710 € c est abusé !

My experience with the host was disappointing. I requested some appetizers, tapas style. I did ask a couple of times about the food to get a price. I was told that it would be taken care at the boat. At the boat I was slapped with a 550€ bill for a salad, some sandwiches, cod patties, some beer and soda!When I spoke to Maria about it I was shocked at her rudeness! Miguel and Elisa were wonderful!

Très beau bateau. Propre et spacieux. Il n'y avait pas vraiment le même niveau de service que j'ai connu auparavant sur des locations de bateaux similaires. Rien à redire cependant. Nous avons passé un bon moment.
Very nice boat. Clean and spacious. There wasn’t really the same level of service I have experienced previously on similar boat rentals. No complaints though. We had a beautiful time.

Parfait!!
Le bateau est magnifique, très propre, le capitaine était arrangeant, patient et compétent. Pour couronner le tout, la nourriture / les boissons étaient délicieuses :)
