Beschikbaar voor dagelijkse charters, meerdaagse charters en uiteraard ook wekelijkse charters. Ze is gevestigd in Mykonos, Kalo Livadi Bay. Haar protocol voor dagelijkse charters is van 10 gasten aan boord. Voor een overnachting kan ze maximaal 2 gasten huisvesten in één Master-hut met en-suite faciliteiten! DAGELIJKSE CHARTERS - HALVE DAG CHARTERS Dagelijkse charters duren 8 uur en charters van een halve dag duren 4 - 5 uur. Voor volledige dagelijkse charters bieden wij de volgende routes aan binnen de wateren van Mykonos: • Cruise naar het eiland Rhenia, verken haar unieke wateren, gevolgd door een cruise langs de zuidkust van Mykonos tot aan de baai van Super Paradise • Cruise naar het eiland Rhenia (optioneel bezoek aan Delos) gevolgd door een cruise langs de zuidkust van Mykonos tot aan de baai van Kalo Livadi of Agia Ana. Voor cruises van een halve dag bieden wij het volgende aan: • Alleen het eiland Rhenia of Delos • Alleen de zuidkust BUITEN MYKONOS DAGELIJKSE cruises naar andere Cycladische eilanden zijn ook mogelijk , respectievelijk van de weersomstandigheden. (Bestemmingen zoals Paros, Anti Paros, Kleine Cycladen, Santorini, om er maar een paar te noemen. Andere talen ook beschikbaar. • Toegangsprijs: 12 euro voor bezoekers ouder dan 15 jaar. • Strand Barstops voor lunch: Kosten voor strandbarrestaurants (op klant) WATERSPEELGOED • SEA BOB 350 EURO • SUP: 25 EURO DRANKEN • Champagne, sterke drank en sterke drank (zijn niet inbegrepen in ons gratis hapjes- en drankenpakket) • Extra catering ( menu's op aanvraag - extra kosten van hapjes tot volledig lunchmenu, afhankelijk van de kombuisvoorzieningen van elk jacht) • Chef-kokkosten (aanwezigheid aan boord, afhankelijk van het protocol aan boord per jacht). • Barman (aanwezigheid aan boord conform boordprotocol per jacht). • Masseuse aan boord (aanwezigheid aan boord conform boordprotocol per jacht). • Vervoer van accommodatie naar inschepingslocatie en vice versa ** Alle extra's moeten contant worden afgerekend bij inscheping ____________________________________________________________ WEKELIJKSE of MEERDAAGSE CHARTERS INBEGREPEN in wekelijkse charters • Bemanning • BTW van 24% • Handdoeken en beddengoed • Volledige kombuisvoorzieningen • Snorkeluitrusting NIET inbegrepen voor wekelijkse charter • Proviand aan boord: APA 35% tot 40% • Proviand aan boord door jachtvertegenwoordiger: + 150 € (APA) • Eventuele jachthavenkosten: APA • Brandstofverbruik, offerte voor brandstof en gebruik van waterspeelgoed: APA • Vervoer van het vliegveld naar het jacht of vice versa of ander vervoer over land naar de eindbestemming (lokale accommodatie) • Fooien voor de bemanning 10-15% naar goeddunken van de klant WAT IS APA? De Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is bedoeld om de exploitatiekosten van een charter te dekken, zoals brandstof (voor het jacht, haar tenders en gemotoriseerd waterspeelgoed), eten, drinken, landdiensten, elektronische communicatie, kanaalgelden, havengelden, lokale belastingen en jachthavenkosten buiten de Griekse wateren, of privéjachthavens. Afhankelijk van het aantal gasten, het type jacht en de charterduur varieert de APA. Een aanbetaling van 35% tot 40% van de charterhuur wordt 30 dagen vóór de vastgestelde inschepingsdatum door de charteraar vooruitbetaald aan de jachtvertegenwoordiger. Het jacht wordt volledig van brandstof voorzien en bevoorraad wanneer u aan boord stapt. De bevoorradingslijst dient uiterlijk één week vóór de vastgestelde inschepingsdatum ontvangen te zijn. Hoewel u op elk moment tijdens de charter een actueel overzicht van de rekeningen kunt opvragen, zal uw kapitein normaal gesproken aan het einde van de charter een volledige reeks rekeningen indienen. Als tijdens de charter de uitgaven het reeds betaalde bedrag overschrijden, zijn er onmiddellijk extra contante middelen nodig. Alle openstaande rekeningen moeten vóór de definitieve ontscheping contant worden betaald. Uiteraard wordt het resterende krediet aan het einde van de charter volledig terugbetaald. WIJZE VAN BETALING WEKELIJKSE CHARTERS De charterhuur wordt betaald via het platform en omvat de verplichte BTW volgens het handelsrecht dat door de overheid wordt toegepast. THE APA en de leverings- of herleveringskosten (indien inscheping / ontscheping in een andere haven dan die van het eiland Mykonos plaatsvindt) worden door de klant aan de vertegenwoordiger van de eigenaar betaald via creditcard + 2% CC-kosten. DAILY CHARTERS - HALF DAY CHARTERS Daily charters last 8 hours and half day charters last for 4 - 5 hours. For Full daily charters we offer the following itineraries within Mykonos waters : • Cruise to the Rhenia island, explore her unique waters, followed by a cruise down the Southern coast of Mykonos up to Super Paradise bay • Cruise to Rhenia island ( Delos optional visit) followed by a cruise down the Southern Coast of Mykonos up to Kalo Livadi Bay or Agia Ana Bay For half day cruises we offer the following: • Rhenia or Delos island only • Southern Coast only BEYOND MYKONOS DAILY cruises to other Cycladic islands are possible as well, respective of weather conditions. ( Destinations such as Paros, Anti Paros, Little Cyclades, Santorini, to mention a few. The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is designed to cover the operating expenses of a charter such as, fuel (for the yacht, her tenders and motorized water toys), food, drinks, land services, electronic communications, canal fees, harbor dues, local taxes and marina fees outside Greek waters, or Private Marinas. Depending on the number of guests, type of yacht and duration of charter, the APA will vary. A 35% to 40% down payment of the charter hire is prepaid by the Charterer to the Yacht Representative 30 days prior to set embarkation date. The yacht will be fully fueled and provisioned - when you step on board. The provision list is to be received no later than one week prior to the set date of embarkation. Whilst an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during the charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your Captain at the end of the charter. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit at the end of the charter will be reimbursed in full. MODE OF PAYMENT WEEKLY CHARTERS The Charter hire will be paid via the platform and would include the mandatory vat as per commercial law applied by the Goverment. THE APA and the delivery or redelivery fees ( should embarkation / Disembarkation be at another port other than that of Mykonos island) will be settled by the client to owner's representative via Credit card + 2% CC charge Any extras ordered would be on top of THE APA amount.
