Normaal gesproken neemt Samboat de borg, maar in dit geval neemt de eigenaar de borg van de huurder plus die van Samboat. -> Onaanvaardbaar!Le bateau est dans un bon état, mais le locataire est inflexible concernant la place de l'embarquement et il demande une caution supplémentaire de 4000€. Normalement Samboat, reprend la caution, mais dans ce cas, le propriétaire prend la caution du locataire plus celle de Samboat. -> Inacceptable!

Wat de opstapplaats betreft, kunnen we de opstapplaats niet naar wens van elke klant maken. Aan de andere kant kunnen wij u een betaalde ophaalservice aanbieden. <br />Bonjour, je pense que vous n'avez pas bien compris notre annonce sur le site Samboat pour la caution. Il est bien indiqué que la caution est gérée en direct par le propriétaire. Nous vous avons bien précisé ce point avant votre paiement. Vous l'avez fait en connaissance de cause. Concernant la place d'embarquement, nous ne pouvons pas faire l'embarquement en fonction du désire de chaque client. Par contre, nous pouvons vous proposer un service payant de pickup. -
