This is the first time I have chartered a Hanse dont think I will again. The gally was small and in way of startboard cabin. Storage space was poor. We wachten nog steeds op Sam Boat op een reactie / terugbetaling hiervan.Disappointed by the hidden fees like mooring which was never mentioned prior. We also opted out of the €350 non refundable security deposit and it was confirmed by Sam Boat although when we checked in we were told there is no option but to pay this. We are still waiting on Sam Boat for a response/refund of this. -
