Dear all, we booked the sailing boat for a week through samboat. All communication went through Alexis. We also had a Skipper on board. The boat is not the newest, but the overall condition is ok. The main sail wasn't properly fixed and broke on the first day. After frequent communication with Alexis, he got it fixed through a mechanic on day four. Until that point, we couldn't sail properly and had to use the engine all day. Besides that, parts of the equipment for the dingy were missing so we couldn't use it for the first half of our trip. The fire extinguishers are outdated. On our last night, the owner, Alexis, and the Skipper docked our boat. Later that day, the bridge got damaged because the boat was too far from the land. In the end, Alexis kept our entire security deposit against his promise when we checked out and isn't open to discussing a refund for all the troubles we had. I wouldn't recommend this company because of their mindset towards their clients. no English
